Melissa has worked in client relations for many years, beginning as a Client Service Associate then later transitioning to more project management-based work. Over time, she has realized she is happiest when she is helping clients have the best experience possible. In addition to serving in the education industry, she joined T.R.U.E. Coastal Capital to get back to her roots and establish a career that she genuinely enjoys.
Everyday, she is clients’ first point-of-contact for any issues, questions or concerns they may have. Her favorite part about the job is when short-term clients become long-term clients. Oftentimes, she meets clients when they’re in a pretty vulnerable position. However, over time, our advice and guidance eases their fears and alleviates their frustrations, allowing them to genuinely enjoy the experience.
In her free time, you can find her reading, teaching Karate and spending time with her husband and two kids.
